Superboard is the Board view inside You.one. A Card doesn’t just remind you of the work; it contains the work—the conversation, plan, files, messages, and next step. Start with To-do, Active, and Done. Keep everything in one place—or use separate boards for personal life, work, and projects. It’s the same Ava across them.

In the Luke walkthrough, the conversation, quotes, recordings, and next step are together on one Card.

Messages and calls stay connected.

In the You.one Beta, Comms will be your private inbox for email, texts, and calls. Ava can link relevant conversations to Cards, so they stay with the situation. She asks before a private message becomes visible to anyone else.

Luke needs a groomer this week.

You’ve just moved to the area. There are a few groomers nearby, but you haven’t tried any of them. In this illustrative walkthrough, Ava checks reviews, calls with your OK, and brings back prices and openings. You choose the shop, time, and price before she books. This is an example, not a completed appointment.

    First, she checks with you.

    The request lives on Luke’s Card. Ava finds nearby shops, then asks you on the Card before calling them.

  2. Step 2 of 4

    She does the calling.

    Ava calls three groomers as herself, telling each shop the call is transcribed and may be recorded. You can listen in or get on with your day. Each call’s recording, transcript, and price quote stay together on Luke’s Card.

    No booking happens without your approval of the exact shop, time, and price.

    You get a recommendation.

    Ava brings the options back to the conversation on Luke’s Card. Spawt On has the earliest opening and lowest price: Wednesday at 10:30 for $68. You can pick another shop, ask a question, or approve booking.

  4. Step 4 of 4

    The appointment is set.

    In this walkthrough, you approve the exact shop, time, and price. Ava books it. The appointment, calls, recordings, and the reasons for the choice stay on Luke’s Card. Your You.one Calendar is the appointment’s home.
