## What changed in this version

- Replaced the proposed free beta and trial with paid use, including beta, funded before work.
- Updated the versioned Billing section for manual funding, optional automatic refills, a suggested US$40 automatic-payment limit with a US$20 minimum, and separately approved purchases above that limit.
- Explained read-only access when funds are insufficient, possible shortfalls from work already in progress, and how later funding is applied.
- Explained initial and later-funding refunds, payment disputes, and the referral promotion.
- Preserved prior agreements and any notice or export rights owed under them. Earlier free usage never becomes debt.
- Clarified future changes to initial funding and prices, optional dedicated numbers, shared work, two-way sync, and responsibility for communication channels.

## Agreement

You.one is operated by Segeren Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Our records show an administrative dissolution after a missed Wyoming annual report; we plan to reinstate the company. These Terms are between you and Segeren Studio LLC.

These Terms govern your use of You.one. Use it lawfully, protect access to your account, and avoid interfering with the service or another person's data.

The [Privacy Policy](/privacy) explains how we handle personal information, including staff review, internal product evaluation, and operational logs. The staff-review authorization below is part of accepting these Terms; it is not permission to train a model. If applicable law or a connected service’s rules require additional consent for a use, we ask separately before making that use.

## Who can have an account

Accounts are for individual human beings using You.one for themselves. You must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where you live to create or use an account. Organizations, automated agents, and people creating accounts on someone else's behalf may not register. You must give accurate account information and must not share or transfer your account. We may refuse registration or close an ineligible account.

Invited beta access is currently offered only in the United States and Canada.

## Your content

You retain ownership of content you place in You.one. You give Segeren Studio LLC and the service providers we use to run You.one the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the [Privacy Policy](/privacy). Staff review is governed by the next section and the Privacy Policy. This permission does not authorize model training.

For content from a connected service, this permission is limited by the **Connected services** section and the permissions shown when you connect it. This permission does not override the narrower rules for connected-service data.

## Boards, Calendar, and shared work

You.one includes Ava, Superboard with Boards, Cards and artifacts, Calendar, and communication features as they become available. A document, slide, spreadsheet, or other artifact remains subject to these Terms; listing a format does not promise its availability.

Where sharing is available, share only content you have the right to share and choose the intended audience. Inviting a spouse, friend, teammate, guest, or client to a Board does not give them your account, private conversations with Ava, or unrelated connected content. Access follows the permissions for the shared material. Other people may retain copies they lawfully received; removing access cannot necessarily recall those copies. You remain responsible for content and invitations you authorize, subject to our responsibility for product errors.

## Staff review and internal evaluation

If you accept this version of the Terms, you authorize Joshua Segeren and the people he appoints to review content you put directly into You.one for support, debugging, safety, keeping the service working, and internal product evaluation and improvement during beta and V1. Our process requires a record of who deliberately reviewed your content, why, and when. Reasons are not yet recorded consistently in current access records; we are improving that process. Access is limited to the purpose of the review. Reviewers must keep your content confidential and use it only for the authorized purpose. The Privacy Policy explains operational logs and retention; this is not a promise that logs contain no customer content.

This authorization does not permit training or fine-tuning models on your content. Data from a connected service remains subject to that service’s narrower rules; staff may view specific Google content, including copies and derived content only after your affirmative agreement to that specific review or when necessary for security or legal compliance. General support, debugging, or product-evaluation authorization does not override that rule.

## Connected services

You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google. Those services and their content remain governed by their own terms. You.one may access, mirror, organize, retrieve, and use authorized content only to provide and improve features for you, subject to the [Privacy Policy](/privacy) and the controls and permissions shown when you connect the service.

Granting a connection does not by itself authorize Ava to take a consequential action. Sending a message, making a call, buying, publishing, deleting provider content, or taking another external action requires your applicable authority: approval of that action or a valid standing grant covering it, plus any confirmation required by law or the external service.

Where two-way synchronization is available and you authorize it, changes can flow between You.one and the connected service within the scope you approved. That may include creating or updating calendar events or documents and other supported changes. Access scopes alone do not authorize every possible write or deletion. Your direct action or applicable grant must cover the change; synchronization does not expand Ava’s authority. Updates may be delayed or fail, so check an important change before relying on it.

You.one cannot guarantee the availability or behavior of a third-party service. We will not tell you an action through a connected service succeeded when it failed.

## AI-supported features

You.one uses AI throughout the product. Ava can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or overly agreeable. You remain responsible for decisions you make using her output. This does not authorize an external action without your approval or a valid standing grant.

Ava is not a lawyer, doctor, pharmacist, accountant, or other licensed or certified professional. She may help with advice, recommendations, research, and analysis, including on professional subjects. Treat that work as tentative: a suggested diagnosis, legal interpretation, or financial analysis can be wrong. Capability does not confer a professional license or establish a professional-client relationship. Ava is not permitted to prescribe, sign as a licensed professional, or hold herself out as one. She may help you prepare information for a tax return; You.one does not offer tax-return filing as a service. Any step that legally requires a licensed professional or your own signature remains subject to that requirement.

### External actions and standing grants

When an available feature lets Ava act in the world for you—a call, an email, a booking, or another external step—she must act under your approval or a standing grant you gave. You remain responsible for the commitments and real-world consequences of actions within that authority, as you would when authorizing a human assistant. This does not shift responsibility for You.one's product errors to you: for example, acting outside your grant, continuing after you revoke it, contacting the wrong party because of a product error, or improperly disclosing private content. Applicable consumer rights and remedies remain intact.

A standing grant lets Ava repeat the kind of action you agreed to, within its purpose and any limits on recipients, accounts, channels, spending, timing, or other scope. A general instruction is not unlimited permission. If the proposed action falls outside the grant or its scope is materially unclear, Ava must ask before acting. Your grant cannot authorize a use prohibited by these Terms.

Where standing grants are available, we must make the accepted wording and its scope available for you to review before relying on it for consequential external actions. You may narrow or revoke a grant by telling Ava or contacting us. Revocation stops future actions under it, including queued actions that have not yet been carried out; it cannot necessarily undo an action already completed. We may group or deduplicate overlapping grants for clarity, but must preserve what you actually authorized. A change that expands authority requires your agreement.

## Billing

Billing version: billing.2026-10-21.2. This section is part of these Terms, not a separate agreement or webpage. Its version is recorded separately when you accept paid use.

### Paid use and activation

You.one is a paid service, including during beta. This is prepaid usage, not a subscription or postpaid monthly plan. Charging for work helps us keep You.one independent and build for regular people. This offer includes no free tier or trial. Joining the waitlist or creating an account does not authorize a payment or activate paid use. You must receive any required invitation, accept the current Terms and Billing section and Privacy Policy, confirm your country and payment settings, and authorize initial funding before paid activation.

Initial funding is **currently US$20, entirely credited toward your work**. It is not an extra US$20 fee on top of that funding. Activation requires a confirmed successful payment matched to your account and completion of the required enrollment steps so your access is usable. A payment authorization, redirect, or pending transaction is not activation. If we collect payment but cannot complete valid activation, we will resolve that same activation or refund the payment. A failed activation does not make the payment nonrefundable.

**After valid activation, the initial funding amount you accepted is ordinarily nonrefundable, including any part you have not used, except where applicable law requires a refund or a billing error, failed delivery, or other correction calls for one.** This applies to the current US$20 initial funding and to a different initial amount only if that amount and its refund terms are shown before you pay. The rule must also appear on your receipt. Unused later funding is refundable on cancellation as described below. Your statutory cancellation, refund, small-balance redemption, and payment-dispute rights take priority over this rule.

### Charges, estimates, and final usage

You pay retail usage charges for authorized work and any continuing service you expressly accept. Chargeable categories may include conversations and research, creating things, calls and messages, tasks, connections, storage, and keeping your account's resources available. Only categories included in the pricing terms presented to you are chargeable. Payments to a business or other third party through Ava are separate and still require your authority; funding You.one does not authorize those purchases.

Before chargeable work is offered, we identify the versioned customer pricing terms, chargeable categories, and calculation rules. Retail usage reflects the measured resources attributable to the work and any disclosed allocation of shared service resources. The calculation must be defined before work is authorized; it cannot be changed retrospectively for that work.

If a separately authorized limited beta uses provisional retail prices, we identify that tariff and its calculation basis before you authorize chargeable work. A provisional tariff is not represented as verified underlying cost or a demonstrated margin. The disclosed tariff governs those charges; an undisclosed supplier charge, unknown measurement, or synthetic test fixture cannot create an extra customer bill. This clause does not itself open paid beta or authorize a provisional tariff.

A pre-work amount is an estimate used to reserve funds, not a guaranteed final quote. Final usage may be lower or higher after reconciliation under the pricing rules bound to that work. We release any unused reservation; a higher final charge can leave the completion shortfall described below. We do not retrospectively change the pricing rules for that work. Unknown measurements remain pending rather than becoming an invented charge. Duplicate delivery, our accounting errors, and work we undertake to repair our own error are not chargeable overruns.

You authorize eligible work within the authority you give Ava and the pricing and funding terms you accept. That can include an expressly authorized recurring or background task; it does not require a new purchase confirmation for every bounded step. A vague grant does not authorize unrelated work, unaccepted continuing charges, or an increase to your payment limit.

### Funding choice, automatic-payment limit, and consent

Choose manual funding or optional automatic refills. Automatic refills are recommended, but require your explicit confirmation. Under the current offer, with manual funding you pay US$20 initially and no further payment occurs without another explicit purchase. Saving a card, joining the waitlist, accepting these Terms, or a suggested funding choice is not automatic-payment authorization. Turning automatic refills off is not account cancellation; you can continue using funds already paid.

**Your monthly payment limit controls automatic payments, not usage or a separate purchase you deliberately approve above it.** We suggest US$40 per calendar month. The minimum selectable limit is US$20, in US$1 increments. Confirm your chosen limit and billing timezone. All initial and later funding, including manual purchases and any mandatory payment-side amounts, counts when calculating whether another automatic payment is permitted. Pending funding reserves room. Refunds do not automatically reopen room. Carryover and promotional value are not counted again.

For example, after an initial US$20 payment and a US$20 automatic refill under a US$40 limit, further automatic funding stops for that month. You can still use all money already funded. Carrying US$5 into a month with US$40 of new funding allows US$45 of work. Neither the limit nor an estimate guarantees that usage or final completion charges cannot exceed that amount.

Automatic funding requires an affirmative authorization of the selected payment method, normal US$20 refill, fixed US$10 trigger, chosen monthly limit, calendar timezone, and smaller final partial payment. The confirmation shows the US$20 payable now and that it counts toward the limit. You receive a retainable copy of that authorization. We provide any additional authorization or payment notice required for the method and jurisdiction. A payment method is offered for automatic funding only where it supports that use.

In connection with authorized ongoing or requested work, when actual or projected available funds fall below US$10, we may make one authorized US$20 refill, or a smaller final payment that fits remaining room and can fund the next unit. A US$55 limit can allow US$20, US$20, then US$15, absent other counted payments. We do not silently loop multiple refills for one large request or repeatedly refill an idle account. If one refill cannot fund the work, we ask for an explicit larger purchase or offer smaller work.

You may approve a larger one-off purchase, including above your configured monthly limit, without raising that limit. Before payment we show the exact amount and a visible warning that this purchase exceeds the limit. Your confirmation authorizes only that purchase. It counts in payment history and when determining further automatic-payment room. If total counted payments exceed the limit, remaining automatic room is zero; the configured limit stays unchanged. This does not authorize another automatic payment.

We take no payment merely because a month starts, you open the app, a setting changes, a report is issued, or the account is inactive. An otherwise authorized work-driven refill can occur on the first day of a month. We do not silently raise your limit or switch payment method or processor. Pending or uncertain payments are reconciled before another attempt and are not spendable until confirmed.

You may raise or lower your automatic limit through an explicit action. Lowering it below payments already made stops further automatic funding; it does not undo those payments. Changing a timezone applies prospectively and cannot reset payment room or erase pending exposure. Disabling automatic refills prevents new automatic submissions immediately. Already submitted or uncertain payments still require reconciliation. Re-enabling refills requires a new confirmation of current terms. You can also revoke automatic funding or request help through Usage & Payments or [joshua@you.one](mailto:joshua@you.one). No setting change creates another payment or reprices work already dispatched.

### Available funds, stopping work, and completion shortfalls

Unused customer funds carry forward. We impose no fixed balance floor, inactivity fee, or expiration on customer-funded value. Amounts reserved for work or refunds are not available to spend again. Funding does not earn interest, transfer to another account, or authorize use outside You.one.

When confirmed available funds cannot safely cover the next bounded unit of work, we stop new chargeable work, cancel queued chargeable work, and request that active chargeable work stop. The account becomes read-only: you cannot make new manual content changes or bypass the stop with a different request. You can still read and search existing content, download or export it, review payments, cancel, dispute a charge, or contact support. A notice explains the stop and how to resolve it. Funding restores work only after the relevant funding and outstanding exposure are reconciled; it does not remove a separate safety or account restriction.

A stop cannot always prevent a charge from work that was already dispatched. Final reconciled usage for that work can leave a negative balance. We show that outstanding usage in your account and Monthly Report, with the associated work and final charge. It is not permission to start another unfunded unit or to continue ordinary chargeable work. We do not charge interest, overdue or collection fees, pursue collections, or make an unconsented payment to recover that shortfall.

**Your next successful funding payment first clears valid outstanding usage; only the remainder is available for new work.** If already-started work leaves a US$1 shortfall, a later US$20 funding payment clears US$1 and leaves US$19. The US$20 counts once toward that month's new-payment limit; the US$1 is not billed a second time. If funding does not clear the shortfall and cover new work, the account stays read-only. Cancellation ends future funding and work, but does not silently erase valid recorded usage or prevent you disputing it. We do not apply promotional value to an outstanding cash shortfall.

### Receipts, reports, currency, and taxes

Usage & Payments shows estimated and finalized usage, funds available and reserved, payments against your monthly limit, promotional value, outstanding usage, refunds, and disputes. Updates are best effort, not guaranteed real-time. Estimates and pending measurements are identified. Each successful funding payment receives an account and email receipt; where it clears a shortfall, the receipt separates that allocation from newly available funds.

The Monthly Report reconciles work, funding, carryover, promotions, pending amounts, corrections, and refunds. It does not initiate a payment, create a monthly collection date, or impose a five-day payment deadline.

Amounts are in **United States dollars (USD)**, including for Canadian customers. Any applicable taxes and mandatory charges are identified in the total shown before payment and count when calculating remaining automatic-payment room. We do not silently add a surcharge or reduce the US$20 initial work credit. Your financial institution may apply its own currency conversion or separately disclosed charges; those are not payments we collect. We provide tax corrections or refunds where required by law.

### Cancellation, refunds, and disputes

You may cancel paid use or request account deletion and revoke automatic funding through Usage & Payments or by emailing [joshua@you.one](mailto:joshua@you.one). Cancellation stops new chargeable work and future automatic funding. Already dispatched work and uncertain payment outcomes still need reconciliation; they do not authorize new work or an unrelated collection.

We apply initial funding to work first, then the oldest later funding. After reconciling legitimate pending work, cancellation or deletion returns eligible unused later funding to the original payment method. Reactivation does not turn another funding payment into a new initial nonrefundable category for the same account. We do not subtract the initial funding amount again once it has been used. Promotional value is not a cash payment and does not increase a cash refund. The initial-funding restriction above does not override a legal right, failed activation, mischarge, or required correction. A pending or failed refund is not a completed refund or forfeiture. Our operational target is to initiate an eligible refund within five business days after its amount is established, or sooner where required by law. This is an initiation target, not a promise of when your bank posts it. We explain unresolved pending work and keep its resolution under review rather than holding funds indefinitely without explanation.

You may dispute an amount from its receipt, usage details, or Monthly Report, or contact [joshua@you.one](mailto:joshua@you.one). A plain-language explanation is enough to open a review; supporting material is optional. We acknowledge the dispute, show its status, investigate relevant records, and correct upheld errors. A dispute alone is not a reason for a ban, delinquency strike, replacement charge, or fee. Your rights through your payment provider or consumer law remain available. Company-initiated restriction, closure, deletion, or inactivity does not itself forfeit customer funds. If we close your account or otherwise prevent delivery of the remaining service, we refund unused customer-funded value, including unused initial funding, after reconciling legitimate work already dispatched, unless applicable law requires a different disposition. This does not refund work already supplied or permit an unlawful deduction.

If customer funds remain unclaimed, we preserve and handle them under applicable unclaimed-property law, including required attempts to contact you and transfer to the responsible authority where required. We do not turn them into company revenue merely because the account is closed or inactive. Keep your contact and country information current so we can deliver notices and process lawful refunds.

### Referral promotion

If you refer a new person through an eligible referral, you may receive US$10 of noncash promotional usage value after that person's first successfully settled qualifying product payment of at least US$10. Their required initial funding, currently US$20, qualifies only with valid activation; this rule does not offer a US$10 activation. Verification charges, diagnostics, promotional payments, company tests, and payments for an invalid activation do not qualify. It is awarded once for that qualifying person; they do not receive a referral payment or initial-payment discount. Claiming and using your reward requires your own valid paid activation. Rewards can accumulate and apply to eligible future work separately from customer money. They cannot fund initial activation, clear outstanding cash usage, be withdrawn as cash, or be transferred.

A refund, fraudulent payment, or chargeback may hold or reverse unused promotional value and adjust the qualified count. We do not invoice you or create cash debt for promotional value already used. At 25 distinct qualifying paying referrals, we may invite you to an optional conversation with Joshua; there is no guaranteed prize, equity, financial reward, or unlimited use. No success-share payment is authorized by this offer.

### Earlier free arrangements

This offer applies prospectively after its effective publication and your affirmative paid enrollment. It does not convert any earlier free usage, illustrative preview, tip, or beta consent into a charge or debt. We do not reuse an earlier tip authorization for paid funding.

If you accepted an earlier free-beta contract, its notice and access obligations remain yours unless lawfully changed: we will honor at least seven days' notice before ending the general free-beta period where that promise applied, the promised 30 days of free read-only access to existing content and export after the general beta ends where that right was granted, and any accepted trial's disclosed duration and limits. Separate misuse, security, and legally required restrictions still apply, with the access and remedies required by law. Declining paid enrollment does not authorize a charge. This preserves rights actually granted; it does not offer a new free beta or trial under these Terms.

### Changes to pricing and payment terms

We may change or withdraw prices and offers for future purchases without individual advance notice where the law permits. This includes changing the required initial funding for a new activation from the current US$20 to another amount. The amount, usable credit, refund terms, and any changed funding conditions must be clear before that purchase. This does not require an already activated account to make another initial payment or change an existing automatic-payment authorization. For an existing account, we may change future retail rates, chargeable categories, shared-resource allocation rules, included features, or funding terms prospectively, subject to required notice, consent, and cancellation rights. Work already dispatched keeps its accepted pricing rules. Money already funded retains its dollar value; it is not silently devalued, expired, or converted into a new fee. Retaining that dollar value does not freeze the retail price of future work paid from the balance.

A rate change never silently increases your monthly payment limit, changes your saved funding authorization, or authorizes a charge outside it. Where a material change requires new agreement or payment authorization, we obtain it before charging under that change. You can stop future work and automatic funding and use the cancellation/refund process. A policy update alone does not authorize a new payment, increase an automatic refill or payment limit, or replace any pricing agreement or payment consent required by law.

For a Québec consumer with an indefinite-term contract, where Québec law permits a unilateral amendment under this clause, we give clear written notice at least 30 days before it takes effect. The notice states the old and new terms, effective date, and the right to refuse and cancel without cost within 30 days after the change takes effect if it increases your obligations or reduces ours. We do not use this clause to change an essential term of a fixed-term contract where prohibited. Other mandatory local notice, cancellation, refund, and forum rights remain intact; no Wyoming connection waives them.

## Acceptable use

You.one is for an individual to organize their life and work, get help from Ava, and use available communication or action features within the authority they give and the limits shown in the product. You may stop using You.one at any time and request an export or deletion as described in the [Privacy Policy](/privacy).

You may not misuse You.one or ask Ava to do so for you. This includes unlawful conduct, deceptive or coercive contact, abuse that harms the availability or reputation of our communication channels, and attempts to make You.one perform services that require a professional license it does not hold. A legitimate complaint, negotiation, or good-faith assertion of your rights is permitted. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

- spam, unsolicited mass outreach, scams, fraud, or misleading impersonation;
- unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; malware; or attempts to disrupt or overload the service;
- automated account creation, scraping, resale, or use that evades access, safety, payment, or usage limits;
- threats, targeted harassment, exploitation, or content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights;
- instructing Ava to contact someone contrary to an expressed refusal or opt-out, to misrepresent who she is or whom she represents, or to act without the authority required from you or another person; and
- any unlawful conduct or attempt to use You.one to facilitate it.

### Communication addresses and optional dedicated numbers

Where offered, You.one may provide an email address for you and a separately attributed address for Ava. A dedicated phone number is an optional paid feature that requires your separate opt-in. Creating an account, funding it, or accepting these Terms does not by itself purchase a number. Before you opt in, we show the price, whether charges recur, how they use your funding, cancellation terms, and any number-retention or transfer conditions. Any recurring payment needs the applicable authorization; no price or included number is promised by these Terms.

Assigned addresses and numbers are for permitted use through You.one, subject to applicable law and the disclosed service and carrier conditions. Assignment does not confer permanent ownership or an unconditional right to retain or transfer an identifier. We may restrict or end its use, including for misuse or unpaid service, subject to required notice, refund, portability, and other rights. Cancelling a number may end its availability; do not rely on keeping it after the relevant service ends.

You are responsible for your own communications and those Ava sends within your authority, including the content, purpose, recipients, and any permission required to contact them. Your authority for Ava to act is separate from a recipient’s consent to receive a message or be recorded. Do not misrepresent the sender, evade required AI disclosures, or record or transcribe a participant without the notice or consent the law requires. Our responsibility for product errors remains as stated above.

You.one and Ava are not emergency-response services. Do not rely on Ava to obtain urgent help; use an emergency-capable telephone service. Follow the emergency-service information for any available phone feature and keep required location information current. Nothing here waives mandatory telecommunications or emergency-service obligations.

### Calls, messages, and other external communications

Use available communication features for a genuine, lawful task you are authorized to carry out. Examples include asking businesses about prices or availability for something you intend to use, making or changing a booking, following up on your own bill or service, and leaving a normal message for a friend or another person you already know. Contacting several businesses to compare services for your own needs is permitted; the number of recipients alone does not make it a sales campaign. Ordinary, relevant sharing with someone you know is permitted when it is lawful and does not violate an expressed refusal or opt-out.

You may not use You.one to conduct cold outreach whose purpose is to market or sell a product or service, or solicit customers or sales leads. This restriction applies even to a single unsolicited sales call or message, not only bulk campaigns. A business being publicly listed or publishing a contact number does not authorize sales outreach through You.one. Sales prospecting and sales or marketing campaigns are prohibited, whether organized manually or automated, including campaigns to recipients who opted in. This does not prohibit the ordinary, relevant personal sharing described above.

Other prohibited communications include, without limitation:

- spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or repeated unwanted contact;
- prank calls, fabricated bookings, orders or promises you do not intend to honor, or contacts intended to waste someone's time or disrupt a business, including ordering a pizza from a hundred shops without intending to accept and pay for the orders;
- impersonating a person or organization, hiding whom Ava represents, deceptive caller identity, or falsely claiming a relationship or authority;
- scams, threats, extortion, targeted harassment, stalking, coercion, or deceptive manipulation intended to obtain money, information, access, or agreement;
- deceptive manipulation, false promises, pressure, or other attempts to get Ava to carry out personal retaliation or abuse for you;
- harassing contact with a former partner or anyone else, including through their friends or family, whether or not you describe it as harassment;
- contacting someone contrary to an expressed refusal or opt-out, or using another number, account, channel, or task to get around it;
- contacting others to arrange unlawful goods or services, facilitate exploitation, or otherwise carry out unlawful conduct; and
- dividing a prohibited campaign into separate calls, messages, Cards, or accounts, rotating numbers, disguising its purpose, or otherwise evading these rules or our controls.

Respect the scope of a refusal or opt-out, including the purpose, channel, or period the recipient specifies. A broader refusal must be respected more broadly; a narrow refusal does not by itself prohibit a different lawful task. Silence or a busy signal alone is not an opt-out, although repeated unanswered attempts can still be abusive. Honest price negotiation for a genuine booking or service is permitted.

These rules apply to phone calls, email, text messages, direct messages, and social communications whenever You.one makes that channel available. Listing a channel here does not mean it is available today. Your approval of an action does not permit a prohibited use. We may consider a pattern across multiple communications when deciding whether activity violates these Terms, even when one call or message viewed alone appears ordinary. We may stop or limit communications and take the account actions below; these rules do not promise that every misuse will be detected or prevented.

These examples are not exhaustive. We decide how to respond to suspected misuse, fraud, safety concerns, legal risk, or harm to other people or the service. We may refuse registration or access, limit a feature, suspend an account, or terminate and close an account for those reasons, including immediately and without advance notice or an opportunity to cure, to the extent permitted by law. We may also do so for any other reason or no reason, to the extent permitted by law. We may explain a decision or offer a discretionary review or export when practicable. Closure of a paid account does not remove any notice, refund, or cancellation right the law requires. We will provide any data access, export, deletion, or other remedy the law requires. Termination ends ordinary product access subject to surviving read-only, export, refund, and other rights under these Terms or an earlier agreement; it does not transfer ownership of your content to us or cancel a privacy request. We handle retention and deletion under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

## Service changes and availability

You.one is an evolving paid beta. Features may be added, revised, paused, or removed, subject to the Billing section, your accepted offer, and applicable notice, cancellation, and refund rights. Any surviving earlier free-beta notice and export commitments are described in **Earlier free arrangements**. Ava's answers and actions can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on You.one alone for an important legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by the law where you live, the beta is provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise accuracy, uninterrupted access, or that a connected third-party service will work. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

## Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms, permitted-use rules, and service conditions as the service changes, subject to the Billing section and applicable law. We do not commit to a fixed advance-notice period where none is required. Except where law or an agreement you already accepted requires advance notice or new consent, a change may take effect when we notify you by email or in the product. When a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give notice by email or in the product and state when it takes effect, while preserving any notice or consent required by law. We may take immediate action for legal, security, or service-integrity reasons to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, you may stop using You.one and request an export or deletion. We will ask for a new affirmative agreement when applicable law requires one. Continued use after a change takes effect counts as acceptance only where applicable law permits. Pricing changes follow the Billing section. A Terms change alone does not create payment authorization or authorize a new use of personal information that requires separate consent. The immediate-action exception does not remove a notice, refund, or access obligation preserved under **Earlier free arrangements** or applicable law.
