From invitation to your first month
Join the waitlist first. When your invitation arrives, accept it to join You.one. Beta access is free, and you’ll get a full free 30-day trial when paid plans launch. No card is required for the trial. Afterward, you can choose a paid plan such as Standard.

A direct word about AI costs
AI is expensive. We want to give you as much useful help as we responsibly can while building a company that can keep serving you. Every plan will include a clear amount of AI use. If you use more than your plan includes, we intend to charge for the extra use. People with consistently extreme or automated usage will need a higher-capacity plan built for power users. We will show you the limits and pricing before charging you or changing your plan.
What access includes
Your plan includes the You.one experience: the Guide relationship; Boards, Lists, flexible Cards and Card Rooms; Stage Documents, Checklists, and connected file references; Chat, Pulse, and Activity; search; cloud saving and sync protection; recovery; Trello import; and help from Ava.
It does not promise unlimited agents, unlimited phone operations, unlimited high-cost models, or every future capability. Professional is intended for heavier use later, once real usage shows us what it should include.
Access is frozen, not deleted
Every paid plan includes three extra days of full access after your paid coverage ends. After that, editing and help from Ava pause until access is restored. Existing work remains viewable and recoverable; search, downloads, export, and billing remain available. Prepaid cancellation keeps access through the paid-through date and does not normally create a prorated refund.
Referrals
Invite a friend. When they become a paying customer, you’ll both get at least $10 off every month for a year on Standard. Each friend earns their own year of $10 monthly discounts. Your year unlocks once, with your first paying referral. Three paying referrals earn three free months of Standard. Ten earn twelve free months total—not fifteen.
Refer 25 paying customers and you can opt in to meet the Founder to decide what the next reward should be. This is our current plan and may change before general availability. Joining the waitlist records attribution; it does not lock referral terms or prices.

Card renews automatically. PayPal renews automatically only after its subscription has passed our payment, tax, failure, cancellation, and refund checks. Venmo requires approval each period, or one up-front prepaid payment. Venmo and PayPal are separate accounts and choices.

We may someday test tip-supported or success-fee models when customer value can be measured honestly and customers can understand, approve, and dispute the result. Subscriptions come first because they are predictable. We will not claim people have replaced another AI subscription with You.one until that claim is real, measured, and earned.
