    Ava will email, text, or call the actual businesses, then handle replies and follow-ups across hours or days. Each step will be recorded in the relevant Superboard Card.

    Recommend, finish, and keep you informed

    Ava will return with a recommendation, alternatives, rationale, confirmed availability, and price. She will ask when your judgment matters or work within rules you already set; then book, add the appointment to the calendar, update the Card and Chat, and notify you.
