Agreement

By using You.one, you agree to use it lawfully, protect access to your account, and avoid interfering with the service or another person's data.
You.one is the product. Superboard is its Board and Command Center, and Ava is the AI partner who works with you across the product.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you place in You.one. You give You.one the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Connected services
You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google. Those services and their content remain governed by their own terms. You.one may access, mirror, organize, retrieve, and use authorized content only to provide and improve features for you, subject to the Privacy Policy and the controls and permissions shown when you connect the service.
Granting a connection does not by itself authorize Ava to take a consequential action. Sending a message, publishing, buying, deleting provider content, or taking another external action requires the applicable product authority and confirmation.
You.one cannot guarantee the availability or behavior of a third-party service. Connection failures and unavailable capabilities should be reported truthfully.
AI-supported features
You.one uses AI throughout the product. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing important decisions and actions, especially those involving health, safety, legal rights, money, employment, public commitments, or other people.
Acceptable use
Do not use You.one for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, abuse, or content that violates another person's rights. Access may be limited or ended to protect users, the service, or legal obligations.
Service changes and availability
You.one is evolving and may change. Features may be added, revised, paused, or removed. The service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
