Check Notifications, review Activity, and undo changes
See what needs your attention, inspect the history behind it, and reverse or recover supported changes.
When several Boards and Cards are moving at once, you should not have to reopen everything to learn what needs you.
Open Notifications for the small set of decisions, questions, failures, and important updates that deserve attention now. Open Activity when you need the fuller record of what happened. Use Undo, Removed Items, or the recovery control shown by You.one when you need a safe way back.

Notifications are a focused attention feed. Activity is the chronological log. Neither replaces the Board or makes decisions for you.
Check Notifications
Choose the bell labeled Notifications. The feed has two views:
- Needs you for decisions, questions, and failures that require your attention;
- Updates for important outcomes worth knowing about.
Open an item to review its evidence and available actions. Some items can take you to the relevant Card or Activity entry. A Notification may be dismissed or resolved when the product offers that control, but the underlying history remains in Activity.
Notifications are intentionally selective. An empty feed means there is nothing currently surfaced in that view; it does not mean the Board has no history.
Review Activity
Open Activity when you need the log rather than the summary. Activity preserves attributed events so you can inspect:
- who changed the work;
- what changes Ava made;
- when a move, edit, status change, or Stage mutation happened;
- whether a recovery action succeeded, failed, expired, or became unsafe.
Activity is evidence, not a second place to edit the Card. Return to the Board, Card, or Stage item when you want to change the work.
Undo the latest supported action
Use the visible Undo control or press Cmd/Ctrl+Z. Undo is bounded recent history, not permanent version history.
An action is undoable only when You.one has the information and authority to reverse it safely. Examples include supported Board changes, Ava mutations, moves, and a checklist step that has just become an unchanged child Card.
If newer work changes the target, You.one can refuse the Undo. That protects the newer work. When Cmd/Ctrl+Z shows Nothing to undo, look for the Restore control on that part of You.one instead.
Restore removed work
Removing a Card or List sends it to Removed Items. A removed Board also appears there for its Owner.
- Open Removed Items from Board navigation or Settings.
- Find the Card, List, or Board.
- Choose Restore.
A Card returns to its original active List when possible. If that List no longer exists, You.one uses another active List and tells you where the Card went. Restoring a List also restores recoverable Cards removed with it.
Know the recovery boundary
Permanent deletion is separate from removal and cannot be undone. You.one also does not provide a general control that rolls any active Card or whole Board back to an arbitrary date.
A locally preserved conflict copy can protect work after a save conflict, but it is not full version history. Follow the exact recovery control the product shows for that situation.
